DESCRIPTION:
A talk for CISF personnel with children of SEN (Special Education Needs) by Ms. Radha Tandon of Praangan was conducted on 15th January 2024 in Palm Lounge, CISF, Saket, New Delhi. Further, followed by a session on Dental Health by Dr. Supriya Bhatara & Dr. Bakhtawar Shakil of ITS Dental College, Noida. The information provided by the Doctors during the session was immensely beneficial in creating awareness among personnel for ensuring the good Dental health and hygiene of their children with special education needs.
A unique initiative Bihar Yoga Publications - Yoga Outreach- 2023 was organised by Sanrakshika with spirit of seva on 8-9 August, 2023. In collaboration with Bihar Yoga Publication-Yoga Outreach 2023 on the occasion of birth centenary celebration of Swami Satyananda Saraswati, 30,000 books were given as ‘Prasad’ to the citizens of Delhi. It was a new experience in this commerce driven world. More than 3000 citizens of Delhi took books worth more than 1 crore as prasad. Sense of satisfaction was immense for those who became an instrument of selfless service to the society.
A talk on “Acceptance, inclusion and managing problem behaviours in children with Special Educational Needs(SEN)” by Ms. Radha Tandon of Praangan was conducted on 26th June 2023 at 1500hrs in Palm Lounge, CISF, Saket, New Delhi. The programme was conducted for children with special education needs of Delhi/NCR.
